Our wine program reflects the same care and intention. Built through years of hands-on tasting and relationships with small growers, the list favors wines made with integrity and a sense of place, bottles chosen to complement the food, the table, and the moment, rather than trends or labels.
Serving dinner nightly and just minutes from Arrowhead, Beaver Creek, Eagle, Edwards, Minturn, Red Cliff, and Vail, Vin48 offers a welcoming dining room and Wine Bar designed for gathering, whether it’s a casual weeknight dinner, or a special evening out. In warmer months, floor-to-ceiling glass doors open to our patio, inviting open-air dining and views of Beaver Creek, and reinforcing what we’ve always aimed to be: a comfortable, well-loved neighborhood spot where food, wine, and community come together.
Vin48 serves a seasonally driven menu of small and large plates that reflect thoughtful sourcing, careful technique, and a genuine respect for ingredients. The cooking is rustic at heart but quietly refined—wood-fired steaks and seafood, thoughtfully prepared poultry, and vegetables treated with the same care as the center of the plate. Chef Ryan Champion’s approach is confident and considered, creating food that is layered and expressive, yet always comfortable and approachable.
